There is the Thanksgiving called "Chuseok" for three days in autumn In Korea.

In 2017, there was a very long holiday in particular, overlapping with other national holidays.

Holidays from the weekend to Chuseok and other public holidays will be a 10-day long holiday from September 30th to October 9th. This applies to all companies in Korea, even some companies has no notified to their customers.

During this period, both delivery and customer service are stopped because POST will not work.

Because all delivery operations are suspended during that period, customer orders will be shipped until this Friday and will be shipped from October 10 if not shipped for a variety of reasons.
