How to refund

Fundamentally, we will issue a refund at the customer's request. Refunds will be one of the following.

Credit Card Cancellation, Paypal Refund, Bank Transfer, give My Points

If the cost is incurred, the customer will bear the cost.

Period of refund

1. Payment by credit card: If you withdraw from Exim Bay, it will be delivered to the relevant credit card company..
2. Paypal refund: will be processed immediately.
3. Bank transfer: The refund will be processed within 3 business days.
4. Save My Points: Immediately processed.

If refund is difficult as same as payment method

You may not be able to cancel your card if your payment has been for a long period of time. In this case, it will be processed as save MY points or refunded to the bank transfer. The customer center will ask for the necessary information.
